Temp to Perm Recruitment Facility

Having developed an automated recruitment administration system, we’ve built an employment pipeline of more than 8,000 SIA-licensed applicants ready for interview.

These applicants are throughout the UK and we can deploy with BS7858 limited screening within 48 hours of interview.

This applicant pipeline is far too big to feed SSGC 's own recruitment so we are offering a recruitment facility to FM companies who self-deliver security guarding and approved (ACS) security companies.

Our ‘Temp to Perm’ service is paid for via an hourly rate based on the payrate of the officer who must be deployed for 16 weeks as a full-time employee.

You have the ability to fail this applicant at any time during this period. At the end of 16 weeks of a successful trial, the applicant is transferred together with their vetting pack (BS7858).
