The form below can be used to report an issue with any of our software: Resourcer (formerly ManPower), Iris, Vetting or anything else. The process if as follows:
1. Reporting: Complete the form
2. Receipt: Received by technology & development team
3. Investigation: the team will confirm we can reproduce the issue (this is why it's important to add steps to reproduce)
4. Approval & prioritisation: the issue then goes through approval and subsequently is scheduled into our plan
5. Update / Resolution: depending on the result, you will be updated on its status
