Social Value

SSGC has adopted social value principles in line with the government’s social value model

We’re actively following the five government themes

We have implemented a deliberate strategy with five recognisable themes to improve the lives of vulnerable communities across the country. These themes support our values of offering equal opportunities regardless of race, gender or disability to those within and beyond the veteran community.

We’ve come a long way, but we’re not done yet

Our social value commitment has so far created more than 5,000 new jobs and retrained those from sectors which have had large job losses. This includes a general veteran retraining programme and targeted recruitment from the hospitality and travel sectors.
